How do you get your bibliography back on easy bib after you exported it into Word?

Well, I did my bibliography on Easy Bib. It's for my Personal Project. And then, I exported it into Word to print it. Now, I went on Easy Bib and the Personal Project Folder is empty, so no bibliography! Can you please help me? Thank you in advance, Kim.

  1. I have never used Easy Bib, but in NoddleBib (same type of service) there is a stored projects folder, it would be under the name you labeled the project under.
  2. EasyBib.com has very prompt customer support and they will certainly assist you. Your best bet is to send an email to their help desk asap. They will respond in at least 24 hours, usually much faster. The email link is on their site at: http://www.easybib.com/company/contact Make sure to include the full name that you registered under when signing up, as well as the email to which your account is linked. That said, if you were signed into EasyBib when working on your bibliography the bib should be automatically saved but can tell you more when you email them.
