Bibliography

Can someone help me with my Chicago style citations?

So, I'm writing a final paper for my study abroad course but I am confused as to how I should cite some of my sources. I have two different sources, but they were written my the same authors. I know that I have to differentiate in my footnotes by including the year in the footnote, but my guide doesn't tell me the proper format for doing so. Can anyone help me? If it helps, I've included the bibliographic citations for each of the sources below. Scott, Susan and Christopher J. Duncan. Biology of Plagues: Evidence from Historical Populations. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2001. Scott, Susan and Christopher Duncan. Return of the Black Death: The World's Greatest Serial Killer. Chichester: Wiley, 2004.
