Does Google books and earth violate the copyright and privacy of the common people?

1. I dont know about books, but the "earth" one is disturbing. I didnt like being able to zoom in on my own backyard.
2. No, I dont believe so, true and good culture must be free to all world, at people's hand.
3. No it's all part of the patriot act. Big brother is watching all of us.
